Our house cleaning rates are determined using a number of factors including square footage, number of bathrooms, frequency of cleaning and any special requests. Regular ongoing maintenance house cleanings start at $102 for frequencies of one time per month or more. Generally one time – move in / move out cleanings are more expensive as those prices start at $190. We can also do an hourly rate pricing structure for one time cleanings. All of our products are Ammonia, Chlorine, Phosphate and Synthetic Fragrance free. The products we use to clean are simple: vinegar, baking soda, castile soap. We also use HEPA filtered vacuums. We do not use disposable cleaning towels. We re-use each of our towels after they have been washed each night using a Green laundry soap that we make from scratch ourselves. We strive to use Green practices in other areas as well. All of our company vehicles get at least 30 miles per gallon. We recycle office and cleaning waste. We purchase our supplies from local companies and utilize local services necessary for our business functions when possible.

We offer flexible scheduling from Monday through Friday, with appointment times starting at 8:00 am and finishing typically no later than 3:30–4:00 pm. For recurring services, we assign a set day and time slot that repeats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, based on your chosen frequency.
