Enovana Green Cleaning provides house cleaning and maid services in the following locations: Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Clayton, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough.
How much do you charge for house cleaning services?
Our house cleaning rates are determined using a number of factors including square footage, number of bathrooms, frequency of cleaning and any special requests. The price for your maid service will be determined after calling or emailing us to give us some general info about your home or office. Regular ongoing maintenance house cleanings start at $102 for frequencies of one time per month or more. Generally one time – move in / move out cleanings are more expensive as those prices start at $190. We can also do an hourly rate pricing structure for one time cleanings. What makes you a green cleaning service?
All of our products are Ammonia, Chlorine, Phosphate and Synthetic Fragrance free. The products we use to clean are simple: vinegar, baking soda, castile soap. We also use HEPA filtered vacuums. We do not use disposable cleaning towels. We re-use each of our towels after they have been washed each night using a Green laundry soap that we make from scratch ourselves. We strive to use Green practices in other areas as well. All of our company vehicles get at least 30 miles per gallon. We recycle office and cleaning waste. We purchase our supplies from local companies and utilize local services necessary for our business functions when possible.
How does scheduling work?
We offer flexible scheduling from Monday through Friday, with appointment times starting at 8:00 am and finishing typically no later than 3:30–4:00 pm. For recurring services, we assign a set day and time slot that repeats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, based on your chosen frequency. You can request schedule changes at any time, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide a key or access code so we can clean while they’re away. We take great care to ensure your home is secure at all times. If you’d like to be home, we’re happy to accommodate your preferences.
Can you clean without using any scented products?
Yes, we can perform cleanings without using any scented or fragranced products. Please inform us of your preference during booking.
How does Enovana handle homes where shoes are removed before entering?
For safety reasons, our cleaners cannot remove their shoes while cleaning. However, we are happy to accommodate requests for shoe covers to be worn during the service. Please let us know in advance if this is your preference.

We do not provide direct references, as we believe this can be misleading. As a business, we would only provide references from customers we know are happy with our services. How do I cancel recurring cleanings if needed?
You can cancel recurring cleanings by contacting us via phone or email at least 48 business hours before your next scheduled service.
Why is the first visit more expensive?
The first cleaning is more expensive because it involves a higher level of intensity and takes longer to complete. Our team performs a thorough and detailed cleaning to bring your home up to our high standards. Subsequent visits are less physically demanding and take less time, as they focus on maintaining the cleanliness established during the initial visit.
Is pricing based on square footage or hourly rates?
Our pricing is primarily based on the square footage of your home and the scope of work. For special circumstances, hourly rates may apply.

Deep cleanings include all tasks from standard cleanings, plus detailed attention to baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, and inside cabinets or appliances upon request.
What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?
Deep cleanings are more thorough and address areas not typically covered in standard cleaning, such as detailed scrubbing and cleaning hard-to-reach spaces.
Can you clean specific rooms, like only the kitchen and bathrooms?
Yes, we offer customized cleaning options to focus on specific areas of your home, such as the kitchen and bathrooms.
Do you offer organization services?
We currently focus on cleaning services and do not offer organization services. However, we can recommend trusted local organizers.
How many cleaners are sent?
The number of cleaners depends on the size and scope of the cleaning. Most homes are cleaned by a team of two professionals, although at times, there may be 3 cleaners present.
On average, how long should it take to clean my home?
